A setup fee (Chat $149 / $349 / $749, Voice $249 / $499 / $999, Bundles $349 / $749 / $1,499 for Starter / Business / Pro) paid together with your first month, then the monthly plan, billed monthly and month-to-month: there is no long contract, and you can cancel any time. Setup covers building, training and testing your agent; the monthly plan covers hosting, AI usage, your chat or minute allowance and maintenance. Every setup includes 30 days of free support. If a payment is missed, service pauses on day 10. You own your data (knowledge base, transcripts and leads) and we export it if you leave. Included chats and minutes are per month and do not roll over, and any overage is billed monthly at your plan rate.

Starter plans are typically live in about 5 business days, Business plans in about 10 business days, and Pro plans in 3–4 weeks, depending on your content and integrations. You get a fixed written scope and timeline before we start, test the agent privately, and get 2 rounds of tuning before it goes live.
Business plans include calendar booking and CRM or Zapier integration; Pro adds custom integrations with your own systems.
