Agreement
By placing an order, paying online or engaging NexaCraft Digital, you agree to these Terms. A written proposal or quote, where provided, forms part of the agreement and takes precedence for scope.
Services & scope
Package descriptions on this website are starting points. Final scope, deliverables, timeline and price are confirmed in writing before work starts. Work outside agreed scope is quoted separately.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated. Card and wallet payments via PayFast are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the rate shown at checkout.
Unless otherwise agreed, projects require 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery/launch. Monthly services are billed in advance.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in feedback may extend timelines.
Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated. Additional revisions may be charged.
Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you. Third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins) remain subject to their licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Warranty & support
We include 30 days of free support for defects after delivery. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or AI-engine citations, as these depend on third parties.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be resolved in good faith by negotiation.
