Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
We want every client to be happy. Because our services involve custom work and time reserved for you, refunds depend on project progress.
Before work starts
If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
After work starts
If you cancel after work has started, we refund the unused portion of your payment, less the value of work already completed, as documented in project updates.
After delivery
Once final deliverables have been delivered and approved, or files/source code have been handed over, payments are non-refundable.
Monthly services
Monthly plans (e.g. SEO, content) can be cancelled any time before the next billing date; the current month is non-refundable.
Duplicate or failed payments
Duplicate charges or payments taken for failed transactions are refunded in full.
How to request
Email us with your order reference (e.g. NX-…). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days; timing depends on your bank, wallet or Payoneer.
