Data Deletion Instructions

What our app accesses
NexaCraft Digital uses the official Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube (Google) APIs only to publish posts to and read follower counts for our own business accounts. Visitors to nexacraftio.com never sign in with these platforms, and we do not collect personal data from your social media profile.
When one of our team members connects an account, we store the access tokens the platform issues, the account or Page name and ID, and the results of posts we publish. Tokens are encrypted and kept on our own server, never in the public part of the website.
How to request deletion
Email support@nexacraftio.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us which platform you used and the account, Page or username involved.
We confirm your request within 3 business days and delete the related tokens, IDs and records within 30 days. We then email you a confirmation.
Remove access yourself
Facebook and Instagram: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → remove “NexaCraft Digital”.
LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → remove “NexaCraft Digital”.
Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Apps → revoke “NexaCraft Digital”.
Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → “NexaCraft Digital” → Remove access.
Removing access stops our app from using that account straight away. We then delete the stored token the next time our system checks it, or sooner if you email us.
